Admissions 2021 Highlights

 

  • Admissions happen twice a year in the months of January and July
  • Admissions at NIMS are accepted on online mode
  • Admissions are offered on the basis of merit on previous qualifying exam
  • Candidates need to have passed 10+2 for the UG courses such as B. Sc, B. L. IS, etc.
  • Candidates must have a graduation degree in the relevant subject to be eligible for the PG courses such as MBA, M. Sc., etc.

 

How to Apply?

 

Admissions happen twice a year in the months of January and July for different sessions

Admissions at NIMS are accepted on online mode. In order to apply for admissions, students can follow the below mentioned steps:

 

Prospectus: The first step is to get the prospectus and pay the prospectus fees

 

  • Get a prospectus and application form from the office of Directorate of Distance Education for Rs. 1000
  • The prospectus fees can either be paid in cash or by drawing a demand draft in favour of NIMS University, payable at JAIPUR (Rajasthan)

 

Application Form: Applicants then have to fill the application form online using the below mentioned steps:

 

  • Visit the official website of NIMS
  • Click on the Admissions tab on the top panel of the screen and select apply online
  • Students will be redirected to a page where they need to fill the application form by entering required details
  • Download the application form once submitted and send it to the office of DDE along with required documents at the following address:

SHOBHA NAGAR, JAIPUR

 

Documents Required

Candidates need to submit the self-attested and attested copies by a Gazetted Officer or Notary at the time of admissions:

 

  • Class 10th Marksheet and Certificates
  • Class 12th Marksheet and Certificates
  • Graduation Marksheet and Degree (if applicable)
  • Proof of Residence (Passport / Driving License / Aadhaar Card / Voter ID Ration /PDS photo card/ UID Card / PAN card)
  • Two coloured Passport size photographs
  • Demand Draft

NOTE:  Students need to ensure that they write the Applicant’s Name, Contact Number, Application Number, Programme applied for and Programme Code at the back of the Demand Draft

 

Results

 

Students can view their results directly on the official website of the University by using the below mentioned steps:

 

  • Visit the official website on NIMS
  • Click on Academics Tab on the top panel of the scree
  • Select results and click on the results button on the next page
  • Students then need to enter their Enrolment number and roll number
  • Click submit and the result will open on the next page
  • Students are advised to download the results for future reference
